Conlon, Jeffrey C., 68, of Stoneham, formerly of Wisconsin, December 6, 2017, at home following a lengthy illness. Son of the late James C. and Joyce (Hoernke) Conlon. Beloved husband of Sandra L. (Pease) Conlon and cherished father of Katelynn R. Conlon of Boston, Kasey A. Conlon of Seattle, WA and the late Kelly A. Conlon. Also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Jill and Malcolm Hoth of Glendale, WI, many other family, friends and loved ones. Funeral service will be Saturday at 10 A.M. in All Saints' Episcopal Church, Stoneham. Visitation at Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., Stoneham, Friday, 5-8 P.M.
