Thelma C. Cuthbert

Thelma C. Cuthbert, age 95, of Derry, NH, formerly a longtime resident of Stoneham, passed away March 26, 2017, at the Grace House in Windham, NH. She was the wife of the late Arthur J. Cuthbert.
Born in Boston, MA and raised in Mattapan; she was the daughter of the late Edna (Saxon) Wyman.
Thelma and her husband Arthur had made Stoneham their hometown for over sixty years, and it was there that they raised their family and were active in the community. Thelma was a devoted member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church, where she was past president of the Women’s Guild, and took an active part in the Altar Guild, the Acolyte Guild, the Vestry and the thrift shop. Six years ago, Thelma relocated to Derry, NH.
She was the mother of Linda MacInnis of Dacula, GA, Arthur Cuthbert and his wife Gretchen of Lawrenceville, GA and Donald Cuthbert and his wife Jane of Derry, NH. She was the grandmother of Matthew Cuthbert and his wife Misty of Hoover, AL, Jeffrey Cuthbert and his wife Kimberly of Littleton, CO, Kimberly Ray and her husband Thomas of Dover, NH, Todd Cuthbert and his wife Jennifer of Chester, NH and Stephanie Cuthbert of Derry, NH. She also leaves six great grandchildren, Emily, Kendall, Mariam, Penelope, Finnegan and Emerson Cuthbert.
A Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 18th at 10 A.M. in All Saints’ Episcopal Church, 79 Central St., Stoneham, followed by burial in Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
