Cherished father of Edward Mondello Jr. & his wife Lisa of Wilmington, NC, Cindy Broussard & her husband Les of Banner Elk, NC and Mark Mondello & his wife Lisa of St. Augustine, FL. Brother of Victor Mondello and Jo-Anne Taris. Also survived by six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and his beloved companion Barbara Smith of Concord, NH. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the First Congregational Church, Main and Common Sts., Stoneham on Friday at 11 A.M. followed by burial with military honors at Lindenwood Cemetery.
